Art Wellness Workshop

As 2025 draws to a close, I feel very grateful for all the support and opportunities granted to me this year. One such person I am grateful to is Lisa Leong who offered me a third opportunity to conduct art wellness workshops for corporate employees, this time for 100 BE International employees.

BE (Beyond Eternity) is a direct marketing company founded in Malaysia that offers wellness products. Their vision beyond business - “We strive to create wellness in every way, for everyone.
We define wellness as a feeling of liberation that brings about health, peace, prosperity, contentment and happiness. In every way encompasses all aspects of life – physical, mental, spiritual, economic, financial, familial and social. For everyone means our doors are open to any individual regardless of race, colour, creed, background or belief. For eternity merely means that we uphold sustainability in everything we do for positive impact that lasts.”

Having met 100 of their employees, seeing their interaction with each other and hearing their feedback about BE, I think the BE founders and management are doing a great job in creating a positive work environment and developing good relationships with their employees and amongst employees.

The art workshops that I conducted were one of the monthly activities that BE offer their employees to enhance their well-being. It was a great experience working with such a fun and vibrant group of employees from their headquarters in Bukit Jalil. I wish BE and all its employees continued success in the years to come.
